Giving back has always been at the heart of First International Bank & Trust.

When our communities are strong and supported, we all thrive. That belief powers Live First Community Giving, our flagship community investment initiative.

In 2026, we’re proud to introduce the 12th Annual Live First Community Giving Campaign.

This year, we will award $75,000 to nonprofit organizations and community projects across all FIBT markets.

What’s New in 2026

Inspired by the idea of a “Summer Camp for Community Giving,” this year’s campaign blends meaningful funding with storytelling, participation, and public voting.

The refreshed format is designed to create energy, encourage sharing, and give organizations more ways to rally support.

Who Can Apply?

The application period is closed as of June 26, 2026. Click the "Vote Now" button below to cast your vote in the first round of voting for our $5,000 Campfire Choice Award!

Organizations that make a positive impact in communities served by FIBT are encouraged to apply, including:

  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Community groups
  • Program- or project-based initiatives

If your work supports people, places, or causes that strengthen our communities, we want to hear from you.

2026 Award Structure

  • Camp Champion Award: $25,000
  • Trailblazer Awards (2): $10,000 each
  • Community Builder Awards (5): $5,000 each
  • Campfire Choice Award: $5,000

How the Campfire Choice Award Works

The Campfire Choice Award features a new two-round voting process designed to increase fairness, reach, and engagement.

Round One: Open Voting (July 6–12)

  • All eligible applicants appear on a centralized online ballot
  • The top 10 organizations advance to the next round

Round Two: Social Engagement Finale (July 13–17)

  • Finalists are featured in a Facebook photo album
  • The winner is determined by total engagement (likes, comments, and reactions)

  • Applications Open: June 1–26, 2026
  • Round One Voting: July 6–12, 2026
  • Round Two Voting: July 13–17, 2026
  • Winner Announcement: August 2026

Community member are invited to vote for the organizations they believe are making a meaningful impact.

During round one of voting, all eligible applicant organizations appear on a centralized online ballot and the top 10 organizations with the most votes will advance to the final round.
