Nikki Davy Named to 2026 Top 25 Women in Business List

First International Bank & Trust (FIBT) announced that Nikki Davy, director of human resources, has been named one of Prairie Business Magazine’s Top 25 Women in Business for 2026.

The annual recognition honors women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, influence, and impact across the region. Nikki was selected for her people focused leadership and her role in shaping the culture and long term strength of First International Bank & Trust.

Nikki has served the organization for more than a decade, leading key human resources functions including recruiting, compensation, and benefits. She has helped guide significant initiatives such as profit sharing programs, performance review enhancements, benefit improvements, and workplace initiatives designed to support employee well being and organizational sustainability.
