You can find us at our new home address; web address, that is!

If you’ve ever talked to one of our bankers or needed to get to our website, you’ve probably noticed that our website address of gets to be a mouth-full and can easily be entered or written incorrectly. We are really excited to share that we have a new, simple URL.

With our website address changing, your favorite bankers’ email addresses will be evolving as well. Starting Friday, May 3rd, you will notice emails coming from an address. Be sure to white list or update your “safe senders” in your email application so that you don’t miss any communications from us.

Updating Safe Senders List

At First International Bank & Trust, we’ve reached out to the three most common email providers for how to steps to update your safe sender list. See below and follow the simple steps to ensure your list is updated.

  1. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.

  2. On the Safe Senders tab, check the Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List box.

    Note: Do not automatically include contacts in the Safe Sender List

  1. In Gmail, click the Create a Filter link which is placed right next to the search box.

  2. In the From: Field, enter the email address or addresses, domain name, or even the actual names of the people who you would like to add to the safe sender list. You can separate multiple entries using OR (in all Caps) or with the bar sign (|).

  3. Upon completion, click Next and select Never Send it to Spam.

  1. Click on the Settings.

  2. Click Filters and then Add.

  3. Enter a Filter Name.

  4. Enter the domain of the email you what to whitelist in the Sender field or enter the email address you want to whitelist in the Recipient field.

  5. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email.

  6. Click Save and then click Save again.
