The holiday season often comes with an increase in fraud attempts. Banks across the country have seen a rise in fraudsters who use caller ID spoofing to make it look like they are calling from a customer’s financial institution. As a reminder, all First International Bank & Trust customers with a valid cell phone number on file are enrolled in Two-Way Text Alerts. However, we will NEVER call you and ask for your online banking credentials, account/card numbers, personal information, or one-time passcodes. If someone calls you asking for this information or has requested access to your device or online banking, please hang up and report it immediately to our Customer Care Team by calling (800) 359-8092.
