FIBT Named a Top Five Lender by South Dakota Housing

First International Bank & Trust (FIBT) is proud to announce that the South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) has recognized FIBT as a Top Five Lender in South Dakota.

The recognition was announced as part of SDHDA's 35th Annual Housing Conference in Pierre, SD. SDHDA is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide opportunities for quality, affordable housing for South Dakotans. Each year the organization recognizes the top-performing mortgage lenders that promote affordable housing programs to assist homebuyers in purchasing a home.

"It's a significant honor to be recognized by SDHDA as one of the top mortgage lending institutions in South Dakota," said Dave Mason, FIBT's Director of Mortgage. "Our team is committed to helping families and individuals find affordable housing and achieve the dream of homeownership – and the SDHDA is a key partner in that goal."

The recognition by SDHDA comes months after FIBT was presented with the prestigious Champion of Affordable Housing Excellence Award by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency.
