Justin Walseth Named a Leader of the Year by AZ Business

First International Bank & Trust (FIBT) is pleased to announce that Chief Growth Officer Justin Walseth has been named a Financial Services Leader of the Year by AZ Business magazine.

The recognition is part of the publication’s 2025 Excellence in Banking Awards, which highlight banking leaders and institutions that have achieved levels of excellence that help drive Arizona’s business community.

Walseth joined FIBT in 2005 and has held several leadership roles, including Director of Mortgage and Chief Retail Banking Officer. In his current role as Chief Growth Officer, Justin has initiated and led several positive conversions for the bank that highlight his strategic vision in action.
