New FIBT Credit Card Portal

Exciting upgrades to your online experience

To create a more streamlined and convenient online experience, we are updating the way customers access the credit card portal. While these exciting changes are being made, you will no longer be able to click the hyperlink in your online banking to sign into the credit card portal.

You will still see a preview of your credit card (including your balance and payment due date) when logged in; however, you will now need to use a separate log-in to make payments and view your full credit card information including your monthly statements. This will be done through FIBT.com’s Secure Account Sign In box and will require you to enroll in MyCardStatement. In the future, once all enhancements are made to the online banking system, your credit card information will be integrated in both our online and mobile experience.
