LeAnne Westgard is a Mortgage Loan Officer at First International Bank & Trust. With 30 years of banking experience and more than a decade dedicated to mortgage lending, she brings deep industry knowledge, thoughtful problem-solving and a genuine commitment to acting in her clients’ best interests. Whether it’s a first home, a growing family’s next purchase, a refinance or building a forever home, LeAnne is passionate about helping borrowers reach the outcome that best supports their financial goals.

A native of Wahpeton, ND and a proud Minnesota State University–Moorhead alum, LeAnne has called Bismarck home since 2011. Her long-standing relationships, customer-first approach and deep understanding of the local market make her a valued member of FIBT’s Mortgage and Bismarck/Mandan team. In addition to her work at FIBT, LeAnne serves as a board member and secretary for Tracy’s Sanctuary House, supporting its mission within the community.

Outside of mortgage, LeAnne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling whenever possible and soaking up moments with her teenagers. At home, she can often be found binge-watching reality TV while snuggling with her dogs, Cash and Junie, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. She lives in Bismarck with her husband, Travis, their daughter Myah and stays closely connected to their son, Aiden, who attends the University of North Dakota.
