Jeffrey Baumgartner
Jeffrey Baumgartner joins FIBT as a Senior Portfolio Manager for our Private Wealth Management Division. Jeff returns to Bismarck, after beginning his career in Minneapolis with a Big 4 public accounting firm serving clients across the globe in the Financial Services, Healthcare and Public Utilities sectors. Previously, Jeff held roles with a high-net worth boutique wealth management firm, focused on holistic planning and outcomes.
Jeff's focus is on the client's wealth management planning and investment portfolio management. His specific areas of expertise include retirement modelling, cash flow analysis, tax advantaged investment strategies, and risk planning.
Jeff holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Dakota. He then obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential following graduation. In addition, Jeff maintains the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification.
Outside the office you can find Jeff playing golf, gardening with his wife, or playing sports with his two boys.
