Jess attended the University of Mary in Bismarck where he earned a degree in Finance and Business Administration. He has been in the Fargo area for the past 12 years and serves as a member of the Fargo Diocese Investment Committee and on the Board of Junior Achievement. Jess is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys spending time golfing and at the lake with his wife and two sons.
