Operations Manager (Wealth Management)

Department: Wealth Management
Location: Phoenix, AZ

As an Operations Manager on our Wealth Management team, you will lead and motivate a team of highly skilled professionals. To thrive in this role you must be results oriented and hold your team accountable to meeting the needs of the department. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in auditing accounts, records of proof and certifications to ensure compliance of policies and procedures.  
  • Assists in preparing and monitoring annual budget. 
  • Compiles required and special reports on operating functions of the department.
  • Compiles and accurately reports all financial data as required by government regulations.
  • Directs employee training to improve efficiency and ensure conformance to standard procedures and practices.
  • Conducts staff meetings to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practices.
  • Prepares work schedules, assigns duties to personnel and develops procedures to ensure efficient operation of Trust Department. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two to four years of wealth management or financial services industry experience required.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high performing teams is a must. 
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
