Customer Care Banker

As a Customer Care Virtual Banker at First International Bank and Trust you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to existing and/or prospective customers by answering in-bound calls and responding to inquiries and requests related to deposit and loan accounts. On top of answering in-bound calls a Customer Care Virtual Banker will provide support through interactive chats and Interactive Teller Machines (ITM). Every customer interaction is an opportunity to enhance the customer experience by promoting and referring to all divisions of the bank.
Our ideal Customer Care Virtual Banker:
- Ability to work with several software applications at the same time.
- Customer Focused
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High school diploma or equivalency; or one to three years of related experience.
