Client Support at Kotapay is at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to existing and/or prospective customers. You will handle tasks such as providing phone support, entering contracts, and responding to support emails. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to enhance the customer experience.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm.
- Provide customer support over the phone or chat features.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered to better serve our customer’s questions.
- Assist in new client set up.
- Weekly management of a group client email folder.
- Serve as a back-up for other departments.
- High school diploma or equivalency is required.
- Prior ACH and/or customer support experience is preferred.
