Kickstart your career in banking with a hands on summer internship supporting our Mortgage Operations team during the busiest time of the year. As a Mortgage Intern, you’ll gain real world experience in disclosure, processing, closing, and post closing functions while helping maintain strong service levels during peak homebuying season. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational industry knowledge, develop professional skills, and explore a potential future career with us.

Schedule & Time Commitment:

• Flexible Hours: Choose any 6-hour shift between 9:00am and 4:00pm with a lunch break.
• Internship Duration: May-August (Preferred timeframe)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mortgage operational functions, which may include disclosures, processing, closing, or post closing tasks depending on location.
• Support workflow efficiency during the summer homebuying peak by helping maintain turnaround times and service quality.
• Perform administrative and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and follow established processes and procedures.
• Learn and apply mortgage related compliance and documentation standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and uphold company values.

Qualifications:

• A student currently enrolled in an accredited university or collegiate program. Business, Communications, or other applicable fields of study preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow through.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Professional communication skills—written and verbal.
• Interest in financial services, mortgage lending, or operational support roles.
• Ability to work a 6 hour shift between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, throughout the internship period (May–August).
