Deposit Operations Intern

As a Deposit Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands on experience supporting essential back office processes that impact customers every day. If you’re a college student looking to build real skills, boost your résumé, and explore a career in financial operations, this role is an excellent opportunity.
The position will be in-person.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Mobile Check Deposits for accuracy and compliance
- Process internal account adjustments
- Assist with new account and account change reviews
- Support daily operational tasks to keep banking processes running efficiently
- Take on additional responsibilities based on business needs and your availability
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members both onsite and remotely
- Learn and follow established procedures for secure and accurate account handling
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- An interest in business, finance, or banking; prior office experience; and a desire to learn how back office banking systems and processes work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
- Comfort working with computers, digital systems, and basic office software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, based on your school schedule
