Product Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that support Customer Engagement & Growth priorities.
- Lead the full lifecycle of consumer and commercial banking products.
- Identify product opportunities through market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
- Build product roadmaps aligned with business goals, regulations, and customer needs.
- Define product vision, strategy, and KPIs with cross functional partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Organizational Development (OD), Compliance, IT, and frontline teams to deliver and support products.
- Manage product launches, including training, communications, and go to market plans.
- Communicate product direction and progress to senior leadership.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Define target customer segments and personas to guide positioning and messaging.
- Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction to drive enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk protocols.
- Coordinate operational changes tied to new or updated products.
- Maintain product documentation and reporting for performance, profitability, and compliance.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred); a minimum of 7 years in banking with direct experience in product management, marketing, or operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or treasury management solutions and how they support business clients.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience using data and insights to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship building skills.
