Personal Banker - Minot Broadway
We are seeking an experienced retail banker to join our Minot – Broadway team as a Personal Banker (Personal Banker II). This is not an entry-level role so prior banking or financial operations experience is required.
Our Personal Bankers do more than process transactions. They build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide solutions, including opening and managing both consumer and business accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
- Open and maintain consumer and business accounts, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Interview customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Educate customers on account features, digital tools, and bank policies.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through referrals and cross-functional collaboration.
- Verify customer identity and follow procedures to prevent fraud and protect customer information.
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and relationship-focused customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency: and prior experience in retail banking, financial services operations, or a similar environment required.
- Experience handling cash and performing high-volume transactions with accuracy required.
- Proven ability to open and service accounts (consumer required; business preferred).
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
- High attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
