IT Support Technician
First International Bank & Trust is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide front-line technical support to employees across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for hardware, software, mobile devices, and system access support while helping employees maximize the technology available to them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology support requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral device issues.
- Configure, deploy, image, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provision and manage user accounts, system access, and permissions for employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
- Assist with Active Directory administration, including password resets, account management, and group membership updates.
- Document support requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions within the IT ticketing system.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on technology tools, systems, and best practices.
- Partner with IT team members and business units to support technology initiatives and projects.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or six months to one-year related experience providing technical support in a help desk, desktop support, or similar IT support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts required.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, printer, and user access issues required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and support employees with varying levels of technical knowledge required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and effectively document support activities through a ticketing system.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other relevant technical certifications preferred.
