Mortgage Loan Officer

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a network to attract potential clients.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine eligibility for mortgage loans.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable mortgage products based on their financial situation and goals.
- Guide clients through the application and approval process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to facilitate a smooth loan approval and closing process.
- Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; four to six years related proven experience mortgage loan officer or similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
