Loan Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead our Loan Operations department. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence in the banking industry.
This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Loan Operations Team Leads and their respective teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Lead strategic planning and goal setting for the department; standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of loan systems such as LaserPro, LoansPQ, and Navigator; ensure proper training and consistent usage.
- Monitor and report on department performance metrics and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures related to loan operations.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in loan operations.
- Management experience strongly preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
