Vendor Management Intern

Are you a business-focused college junior or senior looking to gain hands-on experience in risk management and business continuity? Join our team to support critical vendor oversight and disaster recovery planning—two essential functions that protect the integrity and resilience of our organization.
This Internship would be In-Person.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management Support
- Monitor the vendor management mailbox and assist with internal communications
- Track insurance certificates and contract expiration dates
- Perform Level 3 vendor risk reviews
- Assist in tracking program deliverables and reporting deadlines
- Support performance reviews for lower-risk vendors
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Track plan deliverables and update reporting tools
- Assist in updating the BCP system with plan changes
- Help gather and input data from plan owners across departments
- Contribute to documentation of processes, locations, and personnel for contingency planning
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with an interest in risk and operational resilience
- Ability to work 15–20 hours per week during the academic year
